Week 6 Reflective Summary
This week was rough for my family. Apparently, stomach flu hit each of us one by one. My husband, my daughter and I were taking turns throwing up and occupying bathrooms. It was terrible. Glad that we all felt better towards end of this week and I managed get my work done.
I enjoyed reading this week's required chapter and the annotation from my classmates and Remi. Daily Creates just getting easier every week. I appreciate that Remi allowed us to choose the assignment that interests us this week. Looking at the DCs and other assignment I have done in the past, I couldn't help realizing that I might be a visual person. Most of my projects are visual-related. I also found out it is easy to draw for me....weird. I have barely drawn anything before taking this class, but now I have done 3 drawings on my DCs.
What I have struggled was to find the person I'd like to annotate regarding the story critiques assignment. Two person have dropped out of my group. I found myself were critiquing Amy and Emily's blog most of the weeks. I have tried to make comments for other classmates' blogs. Either the theme is complicated for me to understand( like Brian's tech-based theme) or it is not what I am interested with. So I felt that I have very limited targets to elaborate with. In fact, I visits my classmate's blog quite often to see what their reading responses were or assignments look like. It would be nice if we could comment on other team member's blogs and that counts for the credits.
I have to admit that I didn't get through the recommended reading this week. I will catch up with them next week. Overall, I believe I have met the requirement of this week and get all my work done.
